Hey Duggee and Pudsey Visits 2018

1) The prize draw is open to all members of staff aged 18 and over at a nursery, pre-school, or other EYFS establishment in the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, except anyone closely connected with the prize draw. By entering, all entrants will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
 
2) The prize offered is one Hey Duggee and Pudsey visit to one winning nursery, pre-school, or other EYFS establishment. There will be 4 additional Pudsey only visits to be won as a runner up prizes.
 
3) No payment, purchase or investment is necessary to be eligible to enter the prize draw.
 
4) To enter, you must complete the schools fundraising pack order form online, selecting ‘nursery or pre-school’ at education level at www.bbcchildreninneed.co.uk/schools/fundraisingkit. There is no other method of entry.
 
5) Entries open on Thursday 28 June 2018. All entries must be received by midnight on the closing date of Friday 21 September 2018.
 
6) Only one entry per nursery/pre-school/EYFS establishment will be allowed: only the first entry will be considered, with all future entries subsequently discounted. Entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible for the prize draw.
 
7) Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the prize draw. BBC Children in Need will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by it for any reason, by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
 
8) Unclear entries will not be eligible for the prize draw and acceptance of an entry is subject to BBC Children in Need’s reasonable discretion.
 
9) Within five working days after the closing date, the winners of this prize draw will be drawn at random by BBC Children in Need from all valid entries received.  The winners will be randomly selected using a number generator and this will be completely independent and unbiased. BBC Children in Need’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. The first valid entry to be drawn will win the main prize and the next four subsequent valid entries drawn will win the runner up prizes.
 
10) The main prize of one Hey Duggee and Pudsey Bear visit will be managed by BBC Children in Need and will take place on Monday 12 November. The remaining four Pudsey only visits will take place between 02 October 2018 to 16 November 2018.  All visits must take place within the dates above and according to the planned route the Pudsey visits will take.
 
11) The winners will be contacted by phone and/or email. BBC Children in Need, or a partner acting on our behalf, will endeavour to notify the winners within seven days of the prize draw taking place. If, after reasonable attempt, a winner cannot be contacted, or a winner refuses or is unable to host the visit on the specified day of the planned route, BBC Children in Need reserves the right to offer the prize to another randomly selected , pre-school, or other EYFS establishment that entered the prize draw.
 
12) Entrant’s data may be shared with third parties for the purpose of prize fulfilment only. By entering the prize draw you agree that BBC Children in Need may publicise the name, nursery, pre-school, or other EYFS establishment and county of the winner.
 
13) The prize must be accepted as offered; there is no cash alternative or replacement.
 
14) The prize is not transferable.
 
15) Although we would only ever do so in extreme circumstances, BBC Children in Need reserves the right to change the details of the prize if unforeseen circumstances arise.  For example we may need to change the character(s) that visits or the date of the visit. 
 
16) This prize draw is promoted by BBC Children in Need, registered charity 802052 (England & Wales) and SC039557 (Scotland). Our address is Bridge House, Media City UK, Salford, M50 2BH. The applicable law is that of England and Wales.
 

Pudsey Roadshow 2018

 
1) The prize draw is open to all members of staff aged 18 and over at a primary school or special educational needs establishment in the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, except anyone closely connected with the prize draw. By entering, all entrants will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
 
2) The prize is one visit to each winning school by Pudsey Bear. There will be total of 10 prizes to be won which will be allocated as follows: 5 in England, Channel Islands or Isle of Man, 2 in Scotland, 1 in Northern Ireland and 2 in Wales.
 
3) No payment, purchase or investment is necessary to be eligible to enter the prize draw. To enter, you must complete the schools fundraising pack order form online, selecting ‘primary school’ or ‘special educational needs establishment’ at education level at www.bbcchildreninneed.co.uk/schools/fundraisingkit. There is no other method of entry.
 
4) Entries open on Thursday 28 June 2018. All entries must be received by midnight on the closing date of Friday 21 September 2018.

Media Workshops


1) The prize draw is open to all members of staff aged 18 and over at a secondary school, college or university in the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, except anyone closely connected with the prize draw. By entering, all entrants will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
 
2) The prize is one visit to each winning school run on behalf of BBC Children in Need to deliver a media workshop (with the maximum capacity of 30 students). There will be total of 5 prizes to be won which will be allocated as follows: 2 in England, Channel Islands or Isle of Man, 1 in Scotland, 1 in Northern Ireland and 1 in Wales.
 
3) No payment, purchase or investment is necessary to be eligible to enter the prize draw. To enter, you must complete the schools fundraising pack order form online, selecting either ‘secondary school’, ‘college’ or ‘university’  at www.bbcchildreninneed.co.uk/schools/fundraisingkit. There is no other method of entry.
 
4) Entries open on Thursday 28 June 2018. All entries must be received by midnight on the closing date of Friday 21 September 2018.

If, after reasonable attempt, a winner cannot be contacted, or a winner refuses or is unable to host the workshop on the specified day of the planned route, BBC Children in Need reserves the right to offer the prize to another randomly selected secondary school, college or university that entered the prize draw.
 
11) Entrant’s data may be shared with third parties for the purpose of prize fulfilment only. By entering the prize draw you agree that BBC Children in Need may publicise the name, secondary school, college or university and county of the winner.
 
12) The prize must be accepted as offered; there is no cash alternative or replacement.
 
13) The prize is not transferable.
